Singapore Airlines wants to become the leading digital airline
KrisLab, the Singapore Airlines Group’s new digital innovation laboratory, is part of an extensive investment programme operated by the airline as part of the Digital Innovation Blueprint launched in 2018.
KrisLab provides a collaborative workplace for employees to develop innovative ideas and combine with external partners, start-ups, established incubators and accelerators. The goal is to fully integrate digitalisation and technology into all aspects of their business. This includes the use and research of blockchain and mixed-reality devices as well as research into artificial intelligence and optimised data analysis.
