IATA honors Austrian with "Fast Travel Platinum Award"

Austrian received this award for its mobile self-service solutions

Being the fifth airline in Europe, the International Air Transport Association IATA has awarded Austrian with the "Fast Travel Platinum Award" for its mobile self-service solutions.
The aim of the "Fast Travel Program" is to make passenger traffic more enjoyable and to reduce waiting times. The program includes check-in, luggage check-in, documentary check, flight transfers, self-boarding and baggage claim. The Fast Travel Platinum Award recognizes airlines that offer at least 80 percent of mobile self-service.
